Scrambled Egg with Onion

Ingredients
Egg 4 large
Onion1/2 large
Cooking oil3+1 Tbs
Salt1/4+1/4 tsp

Instructions
1.Peel the onion and cut it into thick strips. Beat the eggs with 1/4 tsp. of salt.
2.Place 3 tbs. of oil and beaten eggs in a heated non-stick pan; scramble over medium heat until the eggs are 50% cooked. Set the eggs aside.
3.Add 1 tbs. of oil, onion and 1/4 tsp. of salt to the same pan; sauté until the onion reaches desired softness.
4.Turn off the heat. Stir in the eggs and use the remaining temperature of the pan to cook the eggs through.

做法
1.洋蔥剝皮後切粗絲。蛋加1/4小匙鹽打散。
2.不沾鍋燒熱後加入3大匙油和蛋,用中火將蛋炒到5分熟。將蛋盛出放在一旁。
3.原鍋加入1大匙,洋蔥和1/4小匙鹽,將洋蔥炒到你喜歡的軟度。
4.熄火。倒進蛋用鍋子餘溫拌炒到蛋熟為止。
